Qualifications

• Bachelors graduate with a Psychology, Human Resource Development, or other related course.
• At least one year related experience in Shipping industry is a plus.
• Assist in the documentation and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
• Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Fresh graduates who are highly trainable are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel for work.
• Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
